Guest chewie
Any chance of getting this a sticky? Basically there are loads of posts about the SPV and midi files! There are 3 different types of MIDI, 0, 1, and 2! The SPV will Only play midi 0, but please be aware that the midi tones sound awful! It seems that the SPV software cannot play midi files very well! I personally think this is a software issue, although i could be very wrong! My advice (and what i do) is to covert the midi files you have into wav files (i know they are of big file size), that way you have all the nice sounds of a midi in a file that the phone can actually play!
