This how I can envisage it working: * You enter a calling card number, a pause time and any keypress(es) that are needed once a number has been dialled (for example a #) * Then to dial a number: either a "dial through CC" menu item could be added to the menu when hilighting a number in contacts, or the CC program could bring up a list of contacts and you'd select one. The CC program would then dial the CC number, wait for the specified time, dial the selected number (replacing +xx with 00 xx 0) and finally dial the closing keypress(es).
