talk us thru what u are doing to get tunes onto the memory card. I assume you're active sync conection is working properly, and that u can access your spv's files from your pc?

WMP, copy to device, smartphone-storagecard, check box of track(2.4mb) 5mb available on card, copy.

i get the following message "error occured" next to track. I tried to get error description but page wont open.

You'd be better off transferring the files 'manually'... Find the music files in your computer, copy them to the clipboard, open activesync - explore - to Storage Card and simply paste them in. WMP will find them wherever you put them, seems you're just having problems transferring with WMP but don't worry, most of us have had problems with that and I think the large majority use a different method, either the one I've described or other software... Hope this helps.

I tried doing this and it coppied the files no problem but i had to switch the phone of and remove the battery before it would let me delete the files. WTF??
