Guest Terry21uk Posted July 13, 2005 Report Posted July 13, 2005 Has anyone got 'Yellow Magic'. It's by The Yellow Magic Orchestra. Spent hours looking, but I can't find anything on the net.
Guest Driekus Posted July 13, 2005 Report Posted July 13, 2005 Mine is Dutch living radio legend Jack van Gelder reporting the last two minutes of the '98 World Cup quarterfinal between Holland and Argentina. When he starts it's 1-1, and he tells us he suddenly gets the feeling Holland is going to reach te semi's. Just after that, Defender Frank de Boer launches a 50 yard pass, which Dennis Bergkamp intercepts in a way only he can. He passes his defender like he just isn't there, and with a brilliant diagonal shot scores the second goal for Holland. 20 seconds left on the clock... Jack van Gelder: DENNIS BERGKAMP, DENNIS BERGKAMP, DENNIS BERGKAMP, DENNIS BERGKAMP -- OOH, FRANK DE BOER PASST OP DENNIS BERGKAMP, DIE NEEMT DE BAL AAN EN SCHIET HEM ER ZOMAAR IN! WE HEBBEN NOG OFFICIEEL 20 SECONDEN TE SPELEN! DENNIS BERGKAMP: 2-1! It's a real headturner... :)
Guest newmachine Posted July 15, 2005 Report Posted July 15, 2005 My ringtone is the song "Shinra March" from the PSX game Final Fantasy VII And my message tone is a sound from the PC game StarCraft, it says "(beep) Your forces is under attack"
Guest greywolf ghost Posted July 16, 2005 Report Posted July 16, 2005 I don't like alot of music as a ring tone, but if I use music I will sample hip hop top ten and find one I like...... Right now I use Dr. Evil and the gang extended evil laugh as the ring tone. You should see people faces when this thing hits in a store or at the coffee shop. I just like to make people laughEvil_1.zip
Guest Terry21uk Posted July 18, 2005 Report Posted July 18, 2005 I'm still looking for "Yellow Magic" by the YMO. Can anyone do this as a ringtone for me Please...
Guest greywolf ghost Posted July 18, 2005 Report Posted July 18, 2005 I'm still looking for "Yellow Magic" by the YMO. Can anyone do this as a ringtone for me Please... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you have a copy of it zip it up and I can try to reduce it to a ring tone. I looked and all I could find was was a thing called video game 12" mix by YMO Plus what part of the song, how long in duration would you like.

Guest johnnyblaze Posted July 21, 2005 Report Posted July 21, 2005 good stuff. i'm currently using "Dixie," the General Lee's air horn. nice 'n loud. yes, i am a southern redneck, making every effort to satisfy the world's appetite for the stereotype. i just can't seem to grow out of my childhood. by the way, i just got my audiovox 5600, so i'm pretty new to this. can anyone tell me how to assign contact-specific ringtones?
Guest OG Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 thanks to this website, i now have the theme from thomas the tank engine as a ringtone. and for SMS.... "Thunder, THUNDER, THUNDERCATS... Guest tonijj Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 Im using The Verve's Symphony song in midi format, the mp3 wasnt as fitting as this one. Its just great, clear and good sound, and you'll hear it from across the hall :) I'll never change ringtone again. For SMS Im using ICQ's old message sound. Havent found a good one for alerts yet though, i.e. for alarms for appointments etc.
Guest Terry21uk Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 Greywolf Ghost Well it's really my sister in law that wants the tune. I only know the title. I don't know what bit she want's, or indeed if she wants the whole song. I'll have to ask her. A friend of mine has a YMO album, but it's on vinal, not CD. If it was, i could convert it myself.
Guest Rickous Posted July 24, 2005 Report Posted July 24, 2005 Hey all, first post so best make it a short one. Guest pablo1000 Posted July 26, 2005 Report Posted July 26, 2005 I've got Phoenix Nights - Peter Kay is a genius . It even sounds like a dodgy MIDI ringtone anyway. Instantly recognise my phone in a crowded pub.
