should of stopped the person who bumped into you, and said look what you have done to my spv 'SMACK' he would of said sory and incisted to pay for a new replacement ;)

Can anyone post some info on where to get replacement screens, cases etc. I have dropped mine twice now, no lasting damage, but quite a few nasty big chunks out of the corners of the case!

My situation was so so so nippy.......lost my memory card from my SL45 so claimed it under the phones insurance..........got it back a week l8r and dropped it on the pavement - it actually bounced and landed on my foot and a big crack on the bottom of it !!!

I was told i was lucky to get a replacement cos they (siemens) had stopped making it !!!

I was 'attacked' from behind and my first reaction was to collect the pieces before someone stepped on em and by that time the person was long gone.

Mine has has a nasty scar after it came loose from a jacket pocket.

It was a custom made mobile pocket as well.

Wonder if I should sue?
