Guest Andy Mac
Actually I take that back : LCDPlug est un plugin qui est nescessaire au bon fonctionnement de certaines skins. (son auteur : Twyx) Loosely translated means it is an essential plug-in for certain skins to work, but which skins & why I do not know..... Guest twyx
hi all, i'm seeing that you're talking of my plugin form the other side of the sea :) It has been developped for the French smartphony competition. So here are some english info you might like to know: LCDPlug is a plugin for home-screens that has the following features: * different alarms for each day with mp3,wav, or mod sounds * original, skinable display of Date/Time/Battery charge * automatic scrolling of EveryDay events and appointments (displaying also the End date) * analog time and battery charge (with hands) * ability to display an animation while charging Note that it should be installed on the SD card to work properly. This plugin is needed at least with the homescreens: LCDHome, LCDCompteur1&2, LCDAnalog1&2 at http://www.smartphony.org I hope you'll enjoy them. Guest Billyreh
Okay gentlemen - Where do i put the three files that come in the lcd zip file posted by Stoutman.. Thanks for you kind help...
Guest Martin@Home
Unzip the downloaded file on your PC and it will give you a file with a .cab file extension but dont unzip this new file. Instead, copy it across to your phone / storage card and then run it using smart explorer if you have it installed. This will install the pug-in so any of the LCD skins you can get will work properly.
Guest Xpressive
Great piece of work! Is there any (english) tutorial on how to implement this plugin into a homescreen and how to use/customize all of its features? Please don't tell 'just have a look into the XML or ini file' since this does NOT explain everything  Mike
