i think it depends on the usage.. nasira yung joystick ko before kaka-game. nung napapalitan ko na mas iningatan ko na. pero yung soft keys talaga lumulubog kahit iniingatan ko... under warranty nga sana kaya lang na-Stuvkck ako sa Qtek ROM kaya di ko madala sa BP. :P

wala pa ko voyager pre! 1-year to go pa kasi contract ko sa sap ko... :D

tsaka parang wala na kong gana sa mga gawa ng HTC...

pag madaming tao sa BP, pagkakuha mo ng "Repair Slip mo. punta ka na agad sa guard... sabihin mo ike-claim mo na yung pina-repair mo. it took me 1 hr to wait for my number to be called... dami tao nun, eh! nasayang lang yung paglibot ko ng 1 hr, sa paghihintay pa lang pala 1 hr na!

whew! :shock:

Hi there,

I would like to ask if BrightPoint still entertains claiming of SAP warranty. May nakapagsabi kasi sa akin na sa Smart na raw at di na pwedeng dumiretso sa kanila. Smart na lang daw ang mag-eendorse sa BP. Is this true?

just wanna ask...

failed to upgrade my ROM...

disconnected the cable then removed the battery and placed it back after 2 minutes.

the phone won't power on, even if i try from bootloader...

my phone is dead...

any ideas on how much this would cost me if i bring it to BP?? or is it really dead and it would stay that way...

useless na ba SAP ko??

went to BP last week kasi nagloloko yung joystick ng voyager ko. ayaw mag-function ang left, up, and action. akala ko joystick ang problem yun pala switch board. buti na lang under warranty pa. walang bayad. ang tanong eh bakit ang bilis masira parts ng voyager?

My SAP in Brightpoint Service Center Cebu has not yet been taken care of... It's been there for almost 3 months from now... really Bad.... :cry:

I'm planning on bringing my SAP1 sa BP kasi gusto ko sanang papalitan yung screen and soft keys. The thing is qtek kasi yung ROM nya and hindi na sya covered ng warranty. Mapapapalitan ko ba yun kasi napansin ko na binabalik muna nung iba yung ROM nila sa SMART bago pumunta ng BP. Naisip ko na since expired na naman yung warranty, this shouldn't be an issue since magSPAMyad naman ako, Right? ;)

Brightpoint cannot fix that for you. You have to send it to HTC Europe or Taiwan to have them flash your rom chip. Brightpoint only does rom repair via USB just like you and I do, they dont have an Eprom flasher. Otherwise, it's good for spare parts, or a nice paperweight.

if only i can get a grab of your c500 for studying it... i really need a test unit to know if my conclusion is correct..
