Guest drblow Posted June 9, 2003 Report Posted June 9, 2003 See - Orange must be aware of the level of gprs disatisfaction. Why else would they keep stalling?? I haven't recieved the letter yet, & have been billed £6 for gprs until June 26th. Let's just see what happens, eh??

Guest Hax Posted June 9, 2003 Report Posted June 9, 2003 Well, here goes again - I've had the letter from Orange saying I would be put onto the "new" £4 for 2MB GPRS pack from my next billing date (15th June) so phone Orange Customer Services to cancel this and just have the pay-as-you-go GPRS and was told that the SPV promo pack had been cancelled for me on the 31st of May and that I was now on the £4 for 2MB pack! Nice lady said I could just call when my next bill comes in and get a credit to my account for any GPRS charges though - but luckily I don't use GPRS much or I would have been royally screwed! Dunno why this happened, thought it might be because I was on the SPV GPRS trial a while back, but thinking about it, I'm sure I have had a bill with the SPV GPRS promo pack on it since that trial finished... Might be worth others checking up on this..... Hax
