What's the matter with them? They ship from the UK. I've bought several products from them and have had no problems at all.

Yep they may be based in HK where they make their range, but they have a warehouse they ship from in the UK for Euopean orders.

I ordered one of these about 2 weeks ago. After using it on a daily basis the crackle when changing the volume gradually got worse and worse until it was acting like there was a loose connection. I did notice that the 2 pieces of plastic covering the end where the phones plug in didn't line up properly and a gap is visible. This has probably allowed dust to get inside.

Generally the build is disappointing, the recoil spring worked about twice before giving up the ghost, also the plastic shielding on the cable is very thin and has split and cracked exposing the cooper wires inside.

I am going to be looking for an alternative now. I won't be ordering from PC Mobile again.
