how many of you have actually used this feature on other phones? its never worth it!

I used it a lot on my T28 (v. good phone, a bit fragile) and it was GREAT! But then you could have 10 voice tags and it recognised your voice 95% time/precision. In fact it never went wrong. But this one is a bit suspect I agree. Not very happy with it TBH. Will do more testing then see

ok these are my findings are for numbers spoken it is top notch but for names it is a bit hit or miss it would be better if you could train your most used top ten numbers or tag a contact to a word which would make it much beter.....

i think they are a bit eagar to say it is the complete package...I.E running when it is just finding it's feet

example of this is the name "YVONNE" it produced all sorts of things except "YVONNE" even after ten go's if i could tag the contact to that word rather than it guessing ten times would be great.

also most of us have sd cards so they should have two versions the first a light version where you can tag say 10 contacts because most people will have a few numbers they call often i.e home, work, mate, wife, bit on the side............maybe.....LOL......

and a second all sing all dancing version for those with a good size card which most of us have.

I have not given up yet i will keep testing ....but at the moment it is more distracting talking to this thing over and over again whilst driving and it getting it wrong or saying a phone number out loud......it's a bit like rubbing you tummy and patting you head at the same time.

indeed!

And with SP having such a great T9 name lookup who needs to say a name 10 times (and that is after pressing N keys to start voicedial)

ok i have stuck with it and it seems that when i say the full name ie first and last it is much better and when it gets it right the next time i repeats you voice back and the it starts to get very accurate.

once i did this with more and more of my contacts if it did get it wrong i would hear the wrong name and would try again which is good when driving , no need to look down :) ,i am starting to like this program more and more.

Just downloaded the trial and installed it. As 12speed says, its very accurate when you give it a first and last name to work with, can even call different numbers for the same contact and it all works out of the box as they say, no phone training required :) . As for the N keypresses, you should know about speed dial assignments by now Madu. I was in line for the Orange voice dialing trial but this seems a much better solution to me, I think I'll be buying this one before the trial period runs out.
