NOW SPV ISNT AVAILABLE what happens with care replacements?

It seems O will quite happily exchange for dust problems. My SPV replacement is on its way this morning, following my complaining about dust to them yesterday afternoon. I don't have O care, which made the whole conversation quite entertaining, as they tried to tell me that without care I do not have a warranty with my phone (?!?). Upon correcting their lack of knowledge in the supply of goods and services they then said that their was a fault with SPVs and that they would send a replacement the next day.

I don't think you understand that with Orange Care, when you get a replacement you have to return your old (faulty) phone, unless you say the phone was stolen.

Of course you need a crime reference number from the local cop shop if you report your handset as stolen.
