Its compatible with a QTek 7070 and you might need a credit card. Best to check handango for payment options... Also, not sure if total soccor is a certified app so you might need to app unlock the phone.

You can test if this is the case by installing a freeware application, eg smartexplorer, or any other app from www.monolithix.org If it runs you're fine. If you get an error about security permissions then you might well have the dreaded app lock.
