When you open the smartphone, you will see a large display with the resolution of 176x220 pixels. Up to 9 text lines, service line and tips to the soft keys are contained there. I'm a puppet. I believe everything I read. Though, I don't think there is anything here other than a rumor.

Did Modaco ever say that Smartphones would NEVER have touchscreens? If they did, I would believe.

But I still want a Smartphone with a touchscreen. Or a Smartphone-sized PPC.

No touchscreens for SmartPhone, MS have always stated that as a design objective.

I hate tap typing. I'm sooooo good at grafitti (actually blocks recogniser from my PPC days...same thing). I picked up my friends Palm the other and wrote on it like I still had one....and I havn't used one in months.

Basically....I need a better way for text entry.

An integrated slide out keyboard would do as well.
