Kaasar pa ang mga sa customer care, nagpapasamba - ayaw mag asikaso dahil pang prepaid na lang sila at gusto pa ako ipa long distance! Buti kung pde mare imburse ang ginastos ko katatawag. Tsk tsk tsk
Guest pyke Posted April 21, 2004 Report Posted April 21, 2004 morten, baka naman activated na yan at hindi mo lang alam.hindi kasi pwedeng i-reset mo lang yung phone.you have to remove the sim and put it back.nangyari din sa akin yan,eh.

I tried the sim on 3 different fones (3315, 7210, and 6600) lahat lng signal pa rin. I called up Smart again thru NDD (ayaw mag assist ng sa *888 kasi pang prepaid lang daw sila) according to them the said number is not yet activated. At sa ngayon la pa rin. :x Iniisip ko na nga ipa cancel na lng ang contract...
Guest kalinte Posted April 25, 2004 Report Posted April 25, 2004 @morten.. stand up and figth! *888 is a hot line for smart CS not just for prepaid. always take note of the name of hte CS personel you are talking to and ask for her supervisor if you are not you are not satisfied or you have questions he can't answer. if your in a wireless branch, ask for the manager if the CS is ignorant. you know what they should have mailed you the replacement sim thru overnigth courier if you just press enough. remember they are costumer service based. pleasing you is their bisiness.
