Nagamit ko na to (Baguio-Lucena map) pagpunta namin ng manaoag last sunday. :o

punta akong sorsogon sa matnog...dulo ng bicol..nakakain na ko nun sa camalig...parang kalamay ang balot ibang iba sa laing natin dito sa manila...how about the bagiuo-legaspi map? kelan mo isesend? :o

having a map in ur smartfone is as easy as 123! hanap lang kayo ng map of any city of ur choice den make a folder sa smartfone nyo name it as maps den copy nyo ung map dun sa folder na yon den thats it! if u want to look sa mapa na gusto nyo, mag open lang kayo ng picture viewer like IA album or resco photo viewer den locate nyo lang yung file den yun na! :wink: ndi nga lang kasing animated like ng tube pero almost same process lang. u can zoom in and zoom out rin namn... and u dont nid to spend some of your bucks for the tube software! :wink:

:idea: suggestion ko lang to for those people hu doesnt wnt to spend der money and para sa mga taong nagmamadaling magka map sa smartphone and wyl waiting dun kay pzee na matapos yung software :arrow: just in case na i sshare nya.

...if u want to look sa mapa na gusto nyo, mag open lang kayo ng picture viewer like IA album or resco photo viewer den locate nyo lang yung file den yun na!

pwede ring ganun. kaso kelangan mo pang magbukas ng ia or resco just to view desired image (map) and ia will scan thru all the .jpegs, .bmps, .gifs sa phone mo. sa pag marami kang images, matagal mo ma-vview. ganun din sa resco.

iba pa rin pag nasa tube. mas swabe! 8)

same thing as tube... kelangan mo pa ring i open yung program para mag view ng maps dba?? ur ryt about ia photo album na sscan nya yung almost hul folder and sub folders bago nya i load yung mga images o yung desired image mo or yung map na gusto mo. pero may solution jan! ... ilagay mo lang yung maps mo sa temporary folder and for sure wala nmang nakalagay don so yung maps mo lang so sa IA album -just click menu den folders den temporary folders at sscan nya lang ung folder na yun 4 images malamang yungmaps nyo lang laman non so mabilis mag lload...den yun na! : :wink:

but ure rong about resco picture viewer.. resco has tha ability to search a specific folder for images. so kung may folder ka named maps sa storage card mo man o sa fone mo so lalabas agad ung maps mo! :)

bydwei, yung mga maps na na ini load mo ba sa tube e animated rin lyk for example map of london or paris na may FIND +info function w/c will pinpoint the preset location u chose with matching animated sonar effect? :o kc yun lang yung magiging difference pag nagkataon. IA and Resco has the same function as tube like zoom in, zoom out and most specialy.. pan! :wink:

tol, im not against u. i was just giving oders d chance of having a map on their smartfone, those hu cnt afford to buy the tube product. ofcors ur ryt... iba parin talga pag nasa tube ung map kc magnda talga. its jst dat modaco are not allowing to share a copyrighted program lyk ung dndesign mong tube for maps ng anyplace in manila. pero sana u cud find a way to share it with us. maski ako im waiting for ur project to be shared.

Share ko lang kung ano na-diskobre ko- na pwedeng magload ng any map using tube viewer pero di yung tube software mismo.

:idea: ganito kasi everybody...dapat kasi to for personal use lang. natuwa lang ako sa nalaman kong posibilidad na makaka-view ng any map ang tube. sa sobrang tuwa ko, shi-nare ko. :o then pumasok yung copyright issue. ang tanong: violation ba ang mag-share ng nalalaman?

siguro pag na-lock na tong thread na to, bye bye local maps na. :P antayin na lang nating gumawa ang VisualIT ng map of manila, makati, quezon city...the philippines... for tube....kung gagawa nga sila.

dami sa bookstore...tol, na t-tempt na kng sbhn kung pano view ng any map sa tube kaso baka maka receive ako ng subpoena.. :)

Yung buong METRO MANILA map hinati ko per city/cities kagaya nung naka post sa page 3. Yung working Manila City map ko is 11.7mb na agad. Makati City 7.8mb, Mandaluyong-Pasig City 6.96mb, QC-San Juan 14.5mb. High resolution gif cya na pwede pang paliitin- yung tamang tama lang for SAP viewing. Gagawin ko pa cya. Kung mapaliit man file size, it'll occupy significant space pa rin sa local phone memory so better talaga pag may storage card ka (sd/mmc)
