Yes of course! all the apps listed here work on your machine but you'll have to unlock it for using some kinds of software. Not for the skins ofcourse :)

Splinter Cell Home Skin

My first ever attempt in creating a homeskin.

I'm not a programmer so i borrowed and modified Joel Francisco's XML for this skin. Hopefully i'll be a lot more independent in my next home skin.
