Guest grifter Posted November 13, 2003 Report Share Posted November 13, 2003 dude, pag lubog yung keypad mo (softkeys). You can't fix it even if you open the case. The plastic thing that connects the softkeys to the casing is probably broken. you'll have to have the softkey assembly replaced at Brightpoint.
