i got mine last week lng... halos 1 month din ako nagantay... and sa podium ako apply :P ifollowup nyo parate! ako every oder day ko tnatawagan smart eh kaya cguro nakulitan na sakin hehehe :)

swerte mo naman, more than a month na ako nagaantay wala pa rin voyager dito sa laguna. sana may dumating na by next week. :cry:

to all who applied at the podium addict booth. for plan 800 sap2

can you advise me how to follow up my application with smart.

applied last july 11 pa and upto now wala pa kahit ano info. kahit missed call

applied with this ruby person, who i latter found out is based in smart binondo. during the first week of the application she answered all my calls and inquries. She promised to get back to me asap.

now shes not answering my calls and sms to her cellphone

visited smart podium twice - no help

even have them email this ruby using their own intranet - no help

emailed their customer care svc -- no help

if my application was denied ok fine but they should at least inform the applicant

and i a current subscriber pa with a postpaid account.

I totally agree with you, hindi nila dapat paasahin yung applicant, kung denied they should inform the applicant immediately, para hindi nag-aantay sa wala.

balita ko pag second line mas mahirap daw ma-approve.

yup.. sakin 5th line na sa smart kya mejo natagalan... i think hindi nga maganda na hindi nila cnasabe status ng application.. kung denied sabihin kaagad ryt?

though i was expecting a quick approval for this my possible second line because i am a smart subscriber of good standing -- pay my bills on time

and also with my credit cards status are also above the requirement.

hope globe offers the new c500 or the new motorola smartphone. even at plan 1800 i will probably get it.

my brother's application status is same as yours. second line din, good payer, and credit card status way above requirements din. pero sabi sa kanya ng smart cs mahirap daw talaga ma approve second line. buti pa si crispiebone 5th line na approved pa rin.

yup hehehe! actually dad ko kasi plan infinity tas yung mga frends nya pnalipat cya cla sa smart so kilala na cya sa smart... kasi nung promo eh hinihingan pa cya ng bank statement kht gud payer nmn kami... so gwa cya letter sa manager ng smart wireless podium tas after 1 week na pangungulit eh nakuha na yung fon hehe! and nagsori manager cuz sa sobrang dami daw nagapply nahirapan tlga daw cla kahit update lng yung mga applicants.. so antay lng kyo dadating din yan

ako denied,ewan ko, kung 10t lanh anp sah0d pag kait pa nila mga walang puso ang smart, sarap sirain ang network ng smart, may ma CCNA b d2?

still waiting for my voyager, 2 months na yata since my application was approved, pero wala daw stock voyager, parati nila tinutulak yung nokia 6600. :-(
