Anyone use a different headset than the original Mio one?

My headset the original one that came in the retail box has an echo in the microphone sound to the people I cal..they say its hard to hear me and is like talking through a door or behind a wall. Has anyone used another brand that is compatable. I have an SPV and have the both the 2 different headsets from PCMOBILE.net and they seam the same quality as the mio. Is there one out there of like Jabra quality that will work with mio? Possabily one for another phone that would work with the mio? Thanks.
