Guest BlackHowling
Saturday, December 13, 2003 at the Phil Sports Arena (formerly Ultra) Gates open at 7:30pm Fearless II is going down in little over 3 weeks! The octagon cage will be the proving ground once again for some of the country's best MMA athletes and foreign talent. Word is that there will be about a dozen matches during the evening with two main event matches to top off the night. Be on the lookout for special guest apprearances by Carlson Gracie Sr., Carlson Gracie Jr., and John Ouano. It ought to be another grand production with pumping music and more. One of the main events will put two foreign grappling experts together. Daniel Lima -a BJJ Black Belt under Edson Carvalho, XFC Current Bantamweight Champion, Pan-American and Brazilian National Jiu-Jitsu Champion - hailing from Brazil and representing his own school, Fight Club Jiu-Jitsu, will be facing off against Fearless 1 veteran, Eben Kaneshiro from the USA - BJJ Brown Belt, Superbrawl Veteran, NAGA Champion, and Pan-American Jiu-Jitsu Medalist, representing New Breed Academy/ BJJ Revolution Team The second main event match will feature two well known local MMA athletes who need little introduction: Erwin Tagleof Submission Sport versus Myles Vives of New Breed Academy/ BJJ Revolution Team. This will be a rival match up between two of the country's most reverred teams. Tagle is talked about as the best and most technical fighter of Submission Sport, known for his quickness and ability to dominate opponents much larger than him. With solid skills on his feet and on the ground, he will prove to be a tough opponent for Vives, who quickly took control of his match in Fearless 1 to take the win.
