I'm thinking about buying an e100 but want to make sure I can app unlock it once it arrives via the Orange app unlock site. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Guest yoos Posted December 4, 2003 Report Share Posted December 4, 2003 I did it over GPRS and it worked fine... I did it with an ORANGE phone with an ORANGE ROM. I don't know if it would work with a phone that wasn't originally an Orange phone??? If you buy an Orange, I-Mate, or Qtek phone with any one of their ROM's on it you should be able to install the I-Mate ROM, which should be app and SIM unlocked if the Orange OTA decert doesn't work.
