They escalated me all the way up to third line support, where the answer they finally came up with was, "The SPV E200 is not compatible with Windows Mobile 2003 or Pocket PC 2002 as a modem using GPRS. This applies to both Bluetooth and IR." They said they had been testing it all afternoon to be sure. Several people say they can use the modem on Pocket PC 2002 though.
