I've just had two SMS off them. Here's what they said Message 1 "Message from Orange in response to your email, please call 150 from your handset or 07973100150 from a fixed line so we can run a diagnostic. Thankyou." Message 2 "Message from Orange, for information on software updates call HTC on 01295662109. Thankyou" I rang 150 and the guy told me to ring HTC between 9 and 5 tomorrow because there is a S/W upgrade required. Don't know whether he was talking crap or not though. I'm going to ring them tomorrow anyhow. Has anyone else had messages like these come through?

Guest skyvalley Posted November 28, 2003 Report Posted November 28, 2003 OK have spoken to HTC this morning. The number O gave me was for a repair centre so they knew nothing about S/W updates. Hmm how surprising :evil: I then rang O back and they ran their diagnostic (which was basically a process of the customer services rep entering my problem details into a database) they said I've got a faulty handset but I'm still sceptical. They're sending a new one to me tonight so I'll have to wait and see.
