Guest rchiileea Posted January 9, 2004 Report Posted January 9, 2004 Fonix voice dial works for this phone very well it was crap on spv ,spve100 it never reconized names but works 99% of time on moto basicly here an example iit says call a contact or dail a number(nice voice too) you then have choice of sying a number (ie say number 02087273232) or say you got ur mate mikes mobile/home/work number you would say Call Mike ,home or work or mobile and it will call the one u selected now i have it attached to speeddial but im sure i could reg edit it to openflip action. any way conclusion is dont use this program if you own a htc(cheap crap mike obviously)but it works brilliant on moto. seach forum for fonix voice dial im sure you can get a trial still
Guest daviesimpson Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 I like the build, looks so cool all black with silver & blue. The large colour screen is crisp & bright. The buttons can be a bit fiddly but what phones isn't. The lack of inbuilt camera isn't much of a problem. Probably a gimmicky thing anyway. I found my old Nokia 3330 very awkward when talking. Felt like I was talking through the side of my face all the time. No such problem with the MPx200 talking feels much more natural. Many people might oppose the fact that it uses Microsoft Windows. They have done a good job with the OS. It doesnt crash & an upgrade to 2003 will make it even better.
