Guest Glorfindal Posted December 17, 2003 Report Share Posted December 17, 2003 on my old original spv my button also stuck, when i stripped it down the small button had snapped off from the pcb board, i dont think you can hard reset without this button so my phone was f****d. basically. send it back, but i bet they say its been dropped. hope this helps a little.
