New contract... How important is Orange Care?

I'm getting there Mono. 2 SPV's and the E200 on the way. Just need to get into serious stuff (homescreens etc) and maybe ...

Orange just seem to work for me, never failed to come up with the goods.Tried 3 but bitterly disappointed. Phone sits in it's cradle looking for someone to love it. I will stick with SPV's for a while yet

as far as the phones and the tarrifs go orange have always been by far th best for me and usually the cheapest but i never seem to have any luck with ocs..everytime i ring them i seem to get somebody who dropped out of school when they where 11 .. they struggle to put together a sentence that makes any sense..in fact when i cancelled my open access bundle as it was only for wap over gprs and decided to swap it for a gprs bundle the y practically accused me of been stupid (which i am but not to the level that they implied) ,,,But why sir?? the open access IS gprs so you dont need a bundle? YES love it IS gprs but WAP over gprs and is not for full internet access oh ok im just gonna put you on hold while i talk to the data team?? F**K that idiots they seem to employ young girls that have just left school give them no training whatsoever and tell them to sit there and look pretty and act dumb if somebody asks them about there phone :!:

Yo chill Dave, the night is young and there is a bunch of beer to be drunk! Don't you just know that every time you walk in to ask some advice, some t*%t knows more than you etc etc. I bought the Jabrsa bluetooth today from CPW, the guy turns to me and says (honest) "when I started here a year ago, I knew nothing about mobile phones, now I know EVERYTHING there is to know. Personally I could give a toss but hey, when I said it was for an SPV he said "you know that will only work on the E200. Well yes smartarse what do you think I'm buying it for??

Should we really carry on moaning...na!drink beer tonite instead. Have a great new year mate, and look for the head in the morning. :) :D :lol: :)

I've only needed them once so far, when the screen on my old nokia 6210 got busted ( I still can't work out how - it was in my pocket - no bashes I remember, and when I took it out to make a phone call the screen was all cracked and LCD fluid everywhere)

Anyway they sent a new one out the next day without any grief - even delivered after 6.00 pm.

I'm thinking of getting my e100 replaced though - seems to be suffering headset profile problems (mostly just after I've removed the headset though!) Should be a warranty replacement I hope, so no £15 charge?

I have Orange Care (although they still have the IPSM of my ol SPV original so I'm not sure whether it applies or not.
