isnt the size of this too big? 6.6 mb...like..it wont fit in my fone right?! my fones got 7.5mb total..so wht do i do?!?

Do you have an SD card ? Ideally this is where you should save all your applications and files.

Try and keep as much internal memory free as possible to prevent the phone from stalling :)

i dont think that program intents to run under the phone..that is for pc...and to convert files to 3gp....

how is speed?i have very bad speed in watching 3gp movies....
