Guest tsutton Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 Anyone seen this news? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7595622.stm Nokia has launched a service that gives people free access to a store that holds two million music tracks. The Comes with Music handset will be available only from the UK's Carphone Warehouse on a pre-paid basis. Although the music catalogue available will be far less than that offered by Apple's iTunes, analysts forecast it could become a serious rival.
Guest Maddox.704 Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 There are also various music phones on the US but as far as I know none of them can really compete with the Apple IPhone. I think the Nokia phone needs some more features to have a chance to seriously compete with Apple. Maybe access to videos (YouTube) or other Internet sites (like the Facebook phone).
