So whats your favorite i910 Rom?

Did I miss something or is there a thread doing a comparison of all the custom ROMs out now? I wouldn't blindly flash a ROM on my cell wiothout knowing what I was giving up or gaining. Need charts and listing and comparison stuff here folks. : )

I would love for example to kill off the useless VZ media player. Stuff like that. I mean thr thing wants to play the ringtones as music for God's sake. And it has to rescan, then you have to delete them all over again... useless app there. Stuff like that but I would want a full listing before I kill off my system and risk a brick.

Let me know if there is such a thread. Otherwise the leaked ROM is putting along just fine with me till I see what they do to the new one in a few weeks.

well this thread is just a poll on what people's favorites are or what people are using...

The very first post has links to the thread of each rom... those will have all the listings.

I started putting what each rom had and didnt have but it was gonna be a very long read so i figured you guys can do it yourself through the links.

I have read all of the posts for the Adrynalyne's Rom and Wozzer's Rom and I think both are great. But is it just me or is Adrynalynes v0.9 rom seem to be for people who like to customize their phone? like really customize! Cuz he seem to take out a lot of stuff. I mean I actually like some of the stuff that comes with the phone so I'm going with Wozzers rom..I don't know I might be wrong but they are both great roms! mad props! I will donate to both.

Just a little heads up, I'm pretty busy during the week, but if we're all lucky, I might be releasing a 6.5 rom next weekend.

Edit: I got the thing booting, it just doesn't act 100% right. I'm in the right direction, not to figure out how to fix everything!!

WoZZer - 6.5 ROM coming this weekend - WooHoo!!! You guys are amazing. This is why I love the Omnia; so many options to play with. Who wants a boring phone that you can't tweak!

I'm looking forward to playing with the 6.5 home screen interface. I've noticed many people are running M2D or SPB Shell 3 on top of 6.5; will be interesting to see just how much added value these shells really give you over the 6.5 interface (which is appears can be customized as well)!

The Titanium interface seems a bit sluggish, but honeycomb is really smooth. WM6.5 seems to run better than a clean 6.1 rom, so that's why people probably run MS3 and M2D on top of it.

I should be able to put in an hour or so each day until the weekend. I hope to have it working well by Saturday evening, but I can't guarantee anything.

I'm with WoZZer's ROM and loving it. It has taken me a couple of large tweaks to make it all work OK. The only thing I miss is FMRadio, as the CAB file doesn't install.

If tried them all. I liked Wozzers Rom because it was usable out the box. Worked great. From Google Maps, to face book.

But....I went with Adrynalyne's Rom.

1. I liked all the free space

2. I liked the custom boot screens (the atom is hot!)

3. I'm a tweak head, and I just like the fact that I could add what I want. Papa's got a new toy, and will fill many hours installing, flashing, and tweaking till my hearts content. Then start all over again because a new update came out and I want the perfect installation.

I have tried them all. Loading Wozzers new 6.5 lite now. I am probably gonna stick with his simply because I actually use the Visual Voicemail from VZW since my company pays for it and he left some of the other apps that I use on it.

Just a thought, but shouldn't you reset the poll or start a new poll when you add a new rom. You can only vote once. When you add a new roms, everyone trys it . Now they might have a different opinion. They playing field changed. The poll was based on the past.
