Try installing them in your device memory instead of storage

I already installed it to the device memory. Any setting i need to do?

Hi FerdiBorbon,they will release the ROM on 30 OCT morning but the password its will release on 3 OCT ! hahahahmee :)

Hi guys,

here is my story, i buy a samsung jet, expecting buying an omnia 2,

but unfortunately this is 2 differents phones :The jet is without windows mobile.

I would like to know if some can help me to install windows mobile on the JET,

i am pretty sure that in fact the jet have a customize windows mobile OS.

i have try with OCTANS V2 and ROM I8000XXIH5, but the OCTANS does NOT detect my phone.

Please help me, you are my only hope :)

I don't know who have been told you, if it is possibble to install windosw to JET, but it is simple not true. I see, you don't beleve me, OK! I'm promise to You: if you install Windows Mobile to Samsung JET, I'll kiss your ass in restaurant top of Eiffel Tower... :P if not, You will cover my travelling cost to Paris, and 2 beers :D

ur only hope is to get rid of the stupid jet and get a omnia 2

you get what you paid for, if JET can be upgraded to a I8000 software, image how much less i8000 will be sold?

It is impossible to install windows mobile OS on your phone as it is running samsung mobile os. If you find out how, I believe everyone here would like to know!

Yes you can. H4&H6 are quite good and stable. however you can try the new one of H9 ROM

I am new to Winmo's and have bought a new Omnia II.

I get the following properties when I check the version information for my phone.

PDA: I8000XXIG6

CSC: I8000FAMIG6

PHONE: I8000DXIG6

Can somoeone please tell me which country is this phone from based upon the build. It has winmo 6.1 on it.

Most importantly can someone guide me which build will suit my needs if i want to upgrade it to 6.5. Thanks.

Please help, I am new to this!!!!

Morning all,

I too am new to flashing Samsung phones, I have done HTC many times, but new to this. My Current version specs are below

PDA: I8000XXIH5

CSC: I8000XSOIH1

PHONE: I8000DXIH2

Can anybody tell me which of the latested ROMs on this Thread will work on my phone please.
