Hey there,

We are all waiting for THIS!

As for the official samsung wm6.5 rom for Omnia2, most of us already know we wont be seeing it before end of the year. And by the time they launch wm6.5, pretty sure we are already using wm6.5.1...

Well I didn't know that

This sucks hard, what's the reason?

So HTC is getting it but not Samsung? not a very strategic move if it's the case

Man, GO SECANY GO GO GO

ok so i can go to bed now...

wrong!

I'm absolutely not interesting in secany's (and any other cooked) ROM.

So, tell only for yourself.

Many people would like to get original Samsung's ROM.

me not! cooked roms are more uptodate and are modiefied for better functionality.

secany's roms are the best!

From what I could understand, Secany ROM is a not cooked, original Samsung rom.

That's right. Next week when I'm back home, I will get all the cooking tools together and see if it works the same as cooking kitchen of Mio A701.

oh please! if you are not interested in secany's original stock wm6.5 rom that was leaked from samsung, just keep quiet and no need to quote my post.

so appreciate if you just "shhhh..." and wait for your local samsung to release the official rom.

Well, in Europe Samsung has officially released WinMo 6.5 on Octobter 2nd, so I don't see any reason why they would wait any longer for the rest of the world...

Is it the 8GB or the 16GB version?

And how much is the retail price in France?

none of both, it's the 2GB version, but with a free 8GB micro sd card

the "naked" phone seems to be 439E, not really sure

sfr has it in exclusivity for 6 weeks, from yesterday

for new sfr customers, it's from 99E or 149E, depending on what offer you take

i'm already a sfr customer, and i said i would left them i they didn't low the price for me.

i got it for 179E :-)

but just look at this page, you will find all your answers:

Just been to carphonewarehouse in Wrexham North East Wales, there is a space & a sticker with Samsung Omnia 2 with Windows Mobile 6.5 on the sticker, the shop assistant says he was sent the info yesterday but no date for launch.

do you mean the O2 with 6.5 or the update from 6.1 to 6.5? If it's the update, where did you get it from?
