lock or sleep the phone from titanium panel

i'd like to be able to lock or sleep my phone without using the hardware keys assign to it...maybe as one of the programs in titanium panel.

thanks emperorben, but this is for turning on/off phone, wifi, blutooth...however, what i want is for putting the phone to sleep or shutdown.

Why do you need something to press on the screen to lock the phone when you can just as easily press the lock button on the side of the phone? Are you remapping the hardware lock button to some other function or something?
