Media Player problem one wm6.5

Hi all,

afther i have upgrade my i800 to wm6.5 ver PDA:I8000NXXIJ9 i have a problem by touch player, im saying searj all files its searjing and it founds 651 files its mp3 ore other playable formates wat it can play and if it will add all the files to the play list it gives a error till 64 files its oke but afther it gives me that error "a probelm has accurred with touchplayer.exe" can some one pls help me by that

I've tried J9 not too long time (now I'm still trying for some days K1, without "porno button")

But I never have your trouble !

Sure, I've tried to play my MP3 album, because, every time, I scare it came back same G4 (where album covers was not shown) !

I've read, and read many time by all masters (secany + sorg ... ) that you have to hard reset after updating firmware (and someone says : "twice" ?!?) !

honestly, I can not understand this, but if they say that, that must be true !

Have you done this hard reset ?
