This is definitely a hardware issue, you should go for warranty/service and I don't see how this could have been your fault. Good luck!

Thanks a lot for your help though B) No Samsung store close to me though, i will have to bring it to my carrier and they will send the phone to get it repaired, i guess it will take a week or so. :)

So you have to contact SFR for Waranty. As people say this is not your fault. May I sugest you to visit www.PDAphoneAddict.com, there are a lot of french SFR users with our OMNIA II. About your trouble, I've got it a couple of days after I've bought my phone. No help with WinHex and Nustorage. Unfortunatly, I have no waranty and no service center available. I've just flash my phone (maybe i've changed somes settings in Octan? I forget) and My Storage ("Ma Mémoire" pour toi) came back.
