Hi!

1.) I didn't noticed that, because I hadn't use it at all. I'm not an expert. I'll look is there any answer in the forums and I'll post answer.

2.) Please post a picture or describe it. Maybe there is a registry entry that must be changed.

I've heard that it is possible to change something in registry and when you tap a calendar or clock on home tab at Sense it starts Samsung calendar and Samsung clock.

Hi, guys!

Today I flashed my O2 with Garry's JC1 WinMo 6.5 Ulite ROM. Here how I get Touch Sense 2.5 working on my O2:

Install

1. install sdkcerts

2. install NEWEST OpenGLESv1 (reset)

3. install AudioManager

4. install OemDiamAudioMgr

5. Make back up of original mms.dll (copy from \Windows directory)

6. install Sense - 2.5.2011.3030 for WM6.1 beta

7. after restart go to settings - today - disable sense 2.5

8. install Noooboody TF3D album/audio fix

9. install Phone Canvas 3.40.1920.1930

OPTIONAL

9. install Co0kies home tab mod

10 install Co0kies home tab editor

11. Put back to \Windows preserved original mms.dll

12. Reset and ENJOY

Almost all tabs in Sense 2.5 are working EXCEPT some lines in Settings, I still can't change Home tab wallpaper for example.

Just after flashing there was about 240MB free ROM and 90MB free RAM, now 113MB ROM and 45-50MB RAM. Tomorrow I'll post some screen shots. Good luck!!!

I executed the steps as you did, and i have problem with the contact tab (everything else seems to work).

Whenever i try to assign my favourite contacts or edit someones contact (set his facebook profile ang get his avatar), sense is booting. Today screen appears with a message 'Launching HTC Sense' and after about 30 secs, Sense runs again.

Do you have any suggestions or a link with a possible fix to test? Contact tab is one of the most important for me.

make sure yoru useing the latest OpenGLv1 drive (version .260 i think)

it was the openGL driver that fixed that tab i believe.

It seems i had an older version. I download the attached file i found here and the problem solved half way.

I am allowed to assign my favourite contacts but i am not able to edit any of them. I'm getting a white screen with the buttons 'done' and 'cancel' at the bottom (left & right).

Any thoughts of that?

Yes i have installed a file called fi. phone canvas 3.40.1920.1930 with file size 11.92 Mb.

I don't remember the site i download it. Is there a better/newer version.

Someone else that tried to edit a contact with success?

latest update (read then proceed)

install as follow after a hard reset and disable samsung's widget + TouchWiz UI (to access windows start button)

1. OpenGLESv1.cab new 0.26 version

2. sdkcerts.cab

3. AudioManager.cab

4. backup original mms.dll and add samsung settings to start

5. Install Megapinky Sense 2.5 2011.cab (advantage it's only 69mb!!)

6. Install OemDiamAudioMgr.cab right after reboot (skip this if you don't plan to install item 13)

7. Copy signed AlbumSearcher.exe to windows folder (skip this if you don't plan to install item 13)

8. restart

9. Disable HTC Sense 2.5

10. Copy original mms.dll to Windows folder and install Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging cab (This enable samsung SMS)

11. Install Disable Current Location cab

12. Setup weather, add home tab program and whatever necessary.

13. Install NooBody TF3D 1.3 Album and Music Fix cab (Enable album + music tab) (however mess up HTC Settings)

14. Restart and enable HTC Sense 2.5

People tab, Stock tab and twitter tab not sure if it's working cause I don't use them..

However in this process settings tab and Home tab program add is disable, I confirmed installing NooBody TF3D 1.3 Album and Music Fix cab mess up HTC settings.

How did yout get to make the photos and videos tab work i've installed both first & final album fix but it still does'nt work when i press on album i only have a white screen with an X to close it at the bottom

Got My Location working for weather/hometab weather. Just install the files relevant from http://www.modaco.com/content/toshiba-tg01...-1-2-5-in-test/ in the first post. Also, I use sashimi to setup sense 2.5 on my omnia i8000l. The only files I make sure that are installed before sense are netcf, OpenGL, HTCFramework. Sense wont install on my pda unless I install the framework first, other than that order seems unimportant and sashimi doesn't restart until it's all installed ^^, of course it's always after a hard reset... I use sinan's winmo 6.1/6.5 kernel ulite and my ram usage is about 1/2 what it is in any sense/manilla 3d rom. Seems to hover around 45% in htc task man vs 76-78% (using enrico's and rapids roms, maybe I'm doing something wrong when setting up these roms. I can get all tabs working except anything in settings, trouble changing wallpaper but it runs great, my location works, if you can use a regeditor then the wallpaper is no biggy, and the settings are easily accessible through the winmo settings menu.

I apply patches after restart ... (album/music tabs)

Because u use it on a non-english language and you don't have the necessary mui file to your language to the htcalbum.exe.

I've renamed those file 0409 to 040C & now it works thx a lot rapid81 Now i've a question did you get the htc bookmark to work? I saw you're working on a sence ROM so maybe you did already fix that issue. when i press on add a bookmark i tells me that the file isn't signed. I tried to sign it with the tools you did put on the forum but it still doesn't work maybe i did something wrong or it's not the right signature i don't know maybe u can help us with that?
