Guest Snow02
My 3G data rate is consistently 70K/sec, which is what it should be. However, when I connect to wifi, I get 100-150K/sec, even though my connection is 12 mbit (1200K/sec). Why is this speed so limited I wonder? Is there any way to increase it? I recently saw a video of the HD2 doing a data test over 7.2 HSDPA, and it hit 2.5 mbit (250K/sec), over cellular! So I wonder if this is a hardware limitation or what. Any ideas? Anybody posting higher throughput than that?

Anybody posting higher throughput than that? If 3G alone, I get 40KB/s only. If on HSDPA, I can hit 200+KB/s. On wifi, what do you use to test speed? I use Resco File Explorer's ftp, I can ftp at 800+KB/s over internet, so the hardware is not the limiting factor, maybe your internet connection is?
