[ROM] Sinan's I8000 JF5 WM6.1 UltraLite Rom [Discontinued]

Hi guys! I would like to try this sinan's "rapid" rom ;) but only if would solve my problem. The problem is a 3 sec. ring delay and when is call short I cannot see who call me. Can this rom solve this?

Problem partially solved: seems that if I run the movies from mystorage not the card the movies run smoothley..but this is odd because with previous ROM's I didnt have this problems I suspect the wm 6.1 ROM has a slowlier acces and transfer from the card memory ;)

still remaining the following issues:

1) Why TouchPlayer no longer displays the subtitle like it used to do on the 6.5 rom's ?

2) Why I can not run SMS-MMS from Samsung ( I installed it but when I lunch it nothing happens) ?

3) and does anyone know hot to make the Dialler black instead of it's gray color ?

Who uses avi(divx/xvid) files, if there is a h264 hardware decoding supported by i8000 ? I8000 much more powerful than you think. Watch a 700 kbps h264 video and thank me later

1) I just tried a couple of "amc_text_renderer.ax" from different versions but with no success, probably involves another file ;)

2) I don't wan to use MMS but I wanna use threaded SMS ...I will keep searching for solutions (other cabs of SMS-MMS or of TreadedSMS)

3) This was a generic wm 6.1 question for people that have found a way to change the color of Dialer Keypad

Full roms: These roms are good for beginners. You don't need to do anything.

Lite roms: Good for average users. They give considerable ram and rom spaces. These roms include only usual needs

UltraLite roms: Only for experts, there are no additional programs but basic OS system. Everything is up to you.

Of course they are. He used newest cabs from JD1 provided bu you over 6.1 core.

Yes possible, but kernel related drivers won't work. He needs to replace them with wm6.1 ones

the only thing he can't use is wm6.1's sys or kernel with Wm6.5's sys or kernel

Hi. Pleas upload default theme for your 6.5.5 ROM. After change other theme and get back the default (BlackTheme ?) screen is different, isn´t same as the default could be.

That is the Black and Blue theme ;)

When OS can't change system theme to the new one or can't find any theme, OS sets system to default theme. The theme you see is its default theme.

Don't worry about it, just choose the theme you want again

1- It is about S2U2 program. S2U2 cannot overwrite incoming call screen of windows 6.5.

2- Also there was no "X" Button option inside settings/Button... Programs are the allocating ram and i should run a custom program to close all tasks. Is there any way to command X button to end programs directly?

1. I haven't used s2u2 on wm6.5 yet but I don't think OS causes that issue. Visit s2u2's thread at xda-developers

2. It's a new bug(or feature) of JD1 wm6.5.3 . Yes there are some solutions around,

Sinan kardeş, that rom is really really faster and there are 100 mb free space eventhough i set up too many programs in it. I tested so much and two issues found up to now:

- After installing touch clock i cannot change alarm melody. This is a bug i think

- After installing Samsung keyboard i could not see this option in Windows sms screen. Also i found an Samsung's official SMS-MMS cab but after installing it, program does not respond me when i click on it. Briefly i want to have Samsung keyboard, it s not really matters whether i write in Samsung SMS screen or Windows sms screen.

One more bug. It's not possible to add a picture into an existing contact. When you press picture part of contact in edit mode, it doesn't respond. Also when you are in a picture and press set as contact picture, it doesn't respond.

Edited: Maybe it's not a bug because it may need standard photo viewer program to see it. Actually i don't remember whether Sinan that viewer program has been excluded or not but if it has, we have to try it after installing standard program before we say it is a bug.
