Task Bar Modification

I was wondering if anyone can modify this WQVGA taskbar to work with WVGA and our O2's. If not, then would it be worth while to create one very similar to it?

It is a taskbar created by Grigoris. I'd ask him, but it appears that he hasn't been around here at all in the last several months. Perhaps others would enjoy it as well because it has a very clean look to it.

Added the CAB instead. The original RAR was encrypted... sorry!
