it can be false alaram. no need to worry about it. AFAIK virus only found on symbian s60v1 and s60v2 phones CMIIW.. no virus for windows mobile so far... CMIIW

I found the infection on my phone (i8000) with Sb25 ......WinCE-Cyppy.b. Thanks to Cumonifyoucan for pointing this problem out and helping to resolve it. What I don't understand is why sooooo Rude Cumonifyoucan when you were trying to help us out? I don't understand this.

I am not being rude to anybody buddy. I was getting frustrated that people might get hurt if this topic is not taken seriously, as you can see from some of the comments above there were lot of attempts to not investigate this properly and unnecessary claims were being put which could have mislead people.

I dont know what this virus does--I am not a security expert --but scares the crap out of me if someone loses his vital personal/financial information due to this.

I am glad that will people will take this more seriously now. You guys have happy and safe rom upgrades. Cheers.

I suggest to add in your preview "GTX Theme for JMLToday contable mod" because with stock version will not work without my modifications...

I also want to stop the virus discussion here.

Yesterday I tried the posted virusscanner and on my device (full with developer stuff) it has detected like 6 infections.

Also I scanned the original Chome Editor downloaded from XDA => infected too.

As there are some files displayed as infected I know 100% that they are definitely not infected because I created them by myself or I know the developers for a long time I would say that there is no risk at all.

My explanation is that there are some developer files, mostly .dll files, which the virusscanner detects as infected but they are definitely not infected.

This is only my opinion. Decide by yourselves what is right or wrong. I can ensure that Sonblack is proving all files before cooking in and for me there is no reason for getting panic.

The way of discussing we saw yesterday is not welcome here and against forum rules.

I told you yesterday. I use SB26 personal edition since 3 days now and I´m really happy with it.

Atm (I think) Son is not willing to release it because of the virus discussion.

Against his way of behaviour he wanted to release it today because I requested to do that....

Get a grip - terrorist rule because people react to them - they create terror - we have a choice use the ROM or don't use the ROM, and guess what if I feel threatened by it I can go back to a previous version that has served me well for some time - I've been playing with Sonblack's ROM's for some little time and am more happy to put my trust in him than someone who I have had no previous contact with - now I'm about ready to try a new upgrade I'd like to try the 26 rather than go to 25 and then have to do it all again with 26 - any idea of time scales.

P.S. Thanks to everyone here who helps and encourages the developers - even if I had the time to do this work I doubt I'd have the wit, so keep up the good work and don't be put down because of a couple of individuals.

GTX theme ported to JMLToday contable skin/mod V2.27 !

In general it´s working well. Specially I like the weather forecast.

Only one problem left: portrait and landscape cpr´s are not identical => screen distortion after rotation.

=> I have to rework the cpr´s => no problem => release.

I have the same opinion like you: thrust Sonblack !

I spend my time here because I do and I think a lot of other users too.

His roms are on a very high level so more users like Lancez, Omar and me should support cooking and development.
