Guest marisaleh Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 @Marisaleh: Atm I don´t have time for working on JMLPlugin. I think a new version will be available next month. All your suggestions I have noted but you will understand that I can´t support each user personally. Here a general hint for personal settings: It´s not necessary to edit JMLToday.ini file for settings like 12/24h clock or C or F. All these settings you can personalize in the JMLToday language file you are using on your device. For example: I use german language so I have 24h clock and C as temperature by default. The language file you can find in ...JMLToday\lang folder. After editing please choose your language again and all your settings will change... Cheers contable I am sorry contable I understand. I sorted out the Clock and C temp as per you instructions. Any idea about hiding/showing the operator I promise this is going to be the last question regarding v3.0 I am grateful for your help contable. Regards Mari Saleh

Regards Mari Saleh If you wanna remove the operator name do the following (in your case): 1. Edit default_marisaleh.ini file (...JMLToday\skins\default_marisaleh folder) [Page1] BluetoothPNG=IC WifiPNG=ID City=WCity,Page2 Task=L2 TaskPNG=I2 Rdv=L1 RdvPNG=I1 OperatorName=HeaderText Remove line "OperatorName=HeaderText". Copy it back to device. 2. Start Total Commander Browse to "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\CHome\JMLToday\Page1\ Remove registry key "HeaderText" 3. Restart Titanium (SK2 => menu) Reply if it works because I didn´t try it. Cheers contable

I suppose the only way to reinstate it is by copying the line back into the ini file. What about the registry key in this case Do I need to do anything there? Thanks contable

Thanks contable No. In case you want back the operator just add the line you have deleted in the .ini file and restart titanium. JML creates the HeaderText key by itself. Edit: I could add a Toggle in next version. Edited September 25, 2010 by contable
Guest monyozt Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 having problem with updating weather... when updating weather, on home screen showing showing sunny icons and on weather tab showing thunderstorm (nothing changes since first install and updating to sb30). the question is is that needed to update twice (homescreen and weather tab) to get same icons on both (home screen and weather tab)?

On home tab you have the current weather conditions, on weather tab the forecast for today. Let me know if you want the same icons on both tabs...

The battery meter on the top right corner is quite small and difficult to read. Perhaps can put the % meter outside the box, or have white background. TIA.
Guest alaamac199 Posted October 2, 2010 Report Posted October 2, 2010 man just came here to say THANK YOU .. the SB30 version is really fast .. I love it .. keep it up !!
Guest contable Posted October 5, 2010 Report Posted October 5, 2010 (edited) For SB30 users who don´t know: 1. If you wanna free up more memory you can disable the windows startmenu: Arto_Start_menu_Remover_wm6.5.cab => The result is 92 MB free ram after sofreset running Phone Ex dialer, S2U2 and JMLToday... Without these apps it should be more than 100 MB after softreset. Thanks to urphonesux for posting this tweak ! 2. If you wanna use Samsung Mainmenu.exe instead of Windows Startmenu (by tapping on the startmenu button) install this app : BArtWell_StartLauncher.cab => after installation start StartLauncher.exe with Total Commander and assign the Startmenu button to mainmenu.exe. Note: JMLToday users can find the mainmenu.exe in \Program Files\JMLToday folder... Cheers contable Edited October 5, 2010 by contable

Guest elanfix Posted October 6, 2010 Report Posted October 6, 2010 Hello to the cooking team, after some time waiting I flashed SB30. Great work. Even small customizations to contable's skin are no problem. But there is one thing I can't get to work as in the original rom. Locking and Passwords. I configured in Settings....Lock that a password is required after some hours not using the phone. But currently I have to enter the Password every time I slide to unlock. Searching the forum doesn't help til now. Did I miss a check-box somewhere? It is not vital - only a question. elanfix

Guest previa Posted October 6, 2010 Report Posted October 6, 2010 Yes Me too. I really don't like the MS lock .S2U2 is my fav. :)

Guest contable Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 @Son: Did you test the memory tweak ? I´m really happy with it. It would be interesting to see a new rom again with build 23569.5.5.0.... Cheers, my friend
