Setting default titanium panel when unlocking the phone

How do I go about setting it so that a panel in the middle of the list is automatically selected after I unlock the phone?

At the moment it is automatically going straight to the top of the list which is photos. I want it to go to the time which is at the middle of the list of titanium panels.

I know gchris's theme defaults on the 2nd on which is the clock. (1st is the system info)
