Update:

After talking to Sonblack I decided to share my JML-Wallpaper-Framework for all users of his roms:

How to create your own JML wallpaper:

1. Choose the wallpaper you like

2. resize it to 480 x 715 pixels

3. copy over the transparent framework

4. save it as .png image

That´s all.

For doing graphical works you can use gimp.exe V2.6 or higher (Google is your friend). It´s for free.
