Make theme [Bliss] Compatible

I know you might say: we have discussed this topic and solved it. But I took a look at the 2 topics that give the solution for the stupid changing in the cpr file, and no solution

The Question Is:

When I apply the theme [bliss] by repiera the panels do not show. I tried to copy the content of the file (Titanium.cpr) into the (Splugins.cpr) But the file(SPlugins.cpr) is (read only) and inaccessible. I even made a .cab file that overwrite the file but still no way :( :( .

Azizo, it's not just that hard. :P I think you are only a step away to fulfil your wish. The answer is in such 2 topics. By the way, I give you the answer right away:

1. Download and install the Titanium P+L fixed for our Omnia II here. It's the great work of NewForce. You're rock man.

2. Disable Titanium Today

2. Install all the panels that you want them to appear in your Titanium.

3. Install Bliss theme of repiera.

4. Soft reset and enable Titanium back

Viola! that's all. The picture below is my setup:
