Updating Windows Mobile Problem - Urgent

Hey guys,

i've just tryed tu update my phone from secany's I8000XXIL5 to I8000XXJB1. I'm using Octans Mini 2.11 by Sorg and I've got windows 7. The phone is now for about an hour in Download Mode and also in Octans nothing happens. I did everything as described in the Windows 7 tutorial. The Octans-Log says:

And now nothing happens any more. What should I do now? Can I remove the phone and try again or is it broken then?
