Hi there!

This guide is awesome! :)

Just one small problem;

I'm trying to cook a dutch ROM.. And your zzz... folder (or BuildOS) uses '\Windows\Start Menu\Programs' as the start menu for links!

Is there any way I can set this to '\Windows\Startmenu\Programma's'?

Thanks in advance! :D

I need help with the titanium clock.. When I flashed with the full ROM, I could add other city time in the samsung clock app and then could scroll left-right on titanium clock panel to see the different times.

After I cooked my rom with twu2's script and guide, the titanium clock panel no longer allows scrolling even if I include samsung clock in my rom and added new city times.

Are there some registry settings, files that need to be modified? Please advise, thank you!!

Try "Restore Connections" in Settings.

Hey. I tried to cook a JF5 lite with hungarian lang, but no luck. I changed the 0409 in LITE/lang.txt to 040e, but the phone hangs on the orange Windows loading screen. What do I need to do to have the Hungarian lang as default?

Could someone please give a little advice here? :(

I tried lots and lots of times, and I always fail.

When I remove stuff from the OEM/SYS folders, and build a ROM;

- poutlook is missing

- welcome.exe missing

- There's nothing in the start-menu, not even te samsung-apps I left untouched.

Please help?

Hello, is it possible to create HZHJC2 in same like JE2 Lite from Twu2??

I mean: no phonebook, no sliding lockscreen, no java, no Titanium...

Because JC2 is still the fastest and the best ROM and version from Twu2 is not clean like his others ROM.

I know that JC2 is bit different from JE2, JF5 etc. And therefore I ask...

yes, you can. i don't see why you can't. JE2's script works fine. but you need to get hold of a samsung keyboard b4 you do. coz the samsung keyboard in ZHJC2 is different, it has chinese input as default. i don't think you need that, do you? :(

You have right, I don't need chinese :( But if I simply reinstall keyboard then it works, or no?

And it is possible change already existing ROM? There are too unnecessary steps like flash original version, dumb bin file, removing many official apps.....etc.

I want only remove those spare programs from Lite ROM.

that is not possible, at least from Twu2's or mine :( . maybe you have chances on other ROMs.

OK, I'll check instructions and maybe create something useful :(

becuase once the lite ROM has been made, there is no way going back. all RGU files have been removed, ROM's been compressed. so you can't dump it and rebuild based on these lite ROMs.
