quest??- how to disable top right icon bar????? :-(

Hi,

i have the following proble: ;) ;)

during a call, when pushing the left side volume keys, to increase the volume, it is activating the top right big icons bar instead.

how to disable the top right big icons bar? ie, when touching battery icon, then not the big bar, but only one the battery icon.

how to disable samsung volume wheel? or how to increase the time of it? :P

any kind soul might help ;)
