Octans Downloader not detecting me phone

After following the TUT here:http://www.modaco.com/content/i8000-omnia-ii-gsm-rom-discussion/297627/guide-to-flashing-rom-on-i8000/ i followed its steps to flashing but OCTANS can't seem to detect my Phone even though i Updated Samsung MIT (But when trying to update it it says that my version is up to date.)

Installed Samsung CDMA Modem. But when i press Detect on Octans, i get this.

Then you not changed your driver to the needed one.

you have to follow to windwos 7 flash guide, since it looks like you have windwos 7

Also you only have about 3 seconds to click on properties to get the driver update started.
