how to check device info for i8000 ?

i'm using JD1 rom. but it lacks of the device info options to check the processor type including with clock speed (mhz), ram & rom size, etc.. i found that options on my previous windows mobile device.

as i ever know, i can access that options from setting, system, device info. but it was not there..
