The beta expired on April 5th and afaik official WM Office 2010 is due in June. There's also a thread at XDA with included files for rom cooking but no cab. Maybe this is beta with the timebomb patched? Timestamp on files inside the cab are Oct 2009 and a few with March 2010 so I'm guessing someone might have figured out the April 5th timebomb.
