HELP - Bluetooth Visibility - JD3 - Allways Off

hello everyone,

need help with something, on this new rom, i've configured the Bluetooth Visibility mode to visible, and when i click OK, on the shortcut i click to swith on the bluetooth he continues with vidibility off???

can anyone help.
